The Certified Applied AI Expert grew out of a simple question: how do you learn AI in a way that you can actually apply in your everyday work afterwards?
The idea
Built from real need.
Tim and Fabio were already working intensively with AI and looking for a compact training format with a clear focus on practice. Not a theoretical overview, not a mere collection of tools, but a program that gives orientation and leads directly into application.
When they asked Kimia which training she would recommend, her answer was honest: she did not know any format that met this standard and that she could support with full conviction.
Out of this gap came the idea to build the Certified Applied AI Expert together. Tim and Fabio were part of the first cohort and applied what they learned directly in their company, T4 Capital AG. The program did not emerge in the abstract, but from real need and real use.

AI literacy is a new core skill for modern work. What matters is not knowing as many tools as possible, but asking the right questions, recognizing relevant use cases and integrating AI responsibly into processes, decisions and collaboration.
