Terms and Conditions
- By submitting the registration (online or via PDF form), the participant accepts these terms and conditions and enters into a training contract with CAAIE for the relevant program, thereby also accepting all program-specific examination and payment conditions.
- Registrations are considered in the order in which they are received and are binding.
- CAAIE decides conclusively on admission to the program and notifies the participant in writing or electronically. If the person is not admitted to the relevant program, the corresponding contract lapses.
- The tuition fees are payable before the start of the program. Any enrolment fees fall due upon registration and are deducted from the first invoice.
- With fewer than 15 participants, the program management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program. Payments already made are refunded in full.
- No refund is given for programs or parts of programs not attended.
- Cancellation of on-site programs is possible up to 30 days before the start of the seminar at no cost. For cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the seminar, a fee of 50% of the program fee is charged; thereafter the full participation fee is due. Cancellation fees over CHF 50.00 always apply to cancellations of the digital program.
- The program management reserves the right to make changes to the structure and content of the program and to the selection and deployment of tutors.
- Participants are required to have a laptop and a smartphone for the lessons.
- The teaching material as well as the CAAIE logo and those of its partners are protected by copyright. Copying and any further use outside the educational context are prohibited without written permission. If CAAIE becomes aware of the improper use of a certificate by the certificate holder, it first examines whether there is in fact a misuse. The certificate holder is then informed of the violation and asked to comment. An assessment of the severity of the violation is also carried out. The CAAIE management may decide whether the certificate is withdrawn immediately or suspended for a set period until the certificate holder has stopped the misuse. If the deadline is not met, the certificate is withdrawn.
- Within the scope of the program, participants are not insured by the organisers or their partners.
- Changes to the general and financial provisions are reserved and are communicated by the organisers three months in advance.
- The place of jurisdiction and place of performance for all services is Zurich. Swiss law applies.
