If both fit, we combine them: a workshop for the breadth, seats in an open cohort for the people who go deeper.

Route A

Seats in an open cohort

You send 3 or more people into an existing cohort at HWZ Zurich. Fixed dates, fixed curriculum, an exam and a certificate for every one of them.

  • the certified qualification is what counts
  • you want to start without internal effort

An in-house workshop at your office

We come to you. Half a day, a full day or several days, on site, from 10 people upwards. The AI training is built around your tool, your cases and your rules.

    We settle the audience, the tools and the policies. The questionnaire levels out the different starting points before the day begins.

    A shared starting point. What the tool can do, where the limits are, where a human decides.

    A case study on your own tasks
    Hands-on work on use cases from your departments, with synthetic data. Everyone builds their own, the tutors supervise in small groups.

How many people do we need for each route?
From 3 people upwards we treat it as a group booking in an open cohort, with the exam and a certificate for each person. We run an in-house workshop at your office from 10 people upwards. The number of tutors follows the size of the group.
Who runs the workshop?
The same tutors who teach the open program. Practitioners with a day job, not full-time trainers. Depending on the size of the group, several of them are on site, so the hands-on parts stay closely supervised. Meet the tutors
How quickly can a workshop be arranged?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from sign-off. The questionnaire goes out to the participants around 4 weeks before the day. We run workshops in German or English, whichever works for the group.
We are only allowed to use one specific tool. Does that work?
Yes. A workshop is built around the tool your company has approved, for example Microsoft Copilot including agents for recurring workflows. The open program stays tool-agnostic.
Do you work with our real data?
Our exercise and case-study data is synthetic, modelled on your own tasks. If we work inside your approved environment, your own policies apply. We build approval points into the day.
Is there a certificate for the workshop?
No. The Certified Applied AI Expert certificate comes with the open program and its exam. Anyone who wants to go deeper after a workshop joins an open cohort.
